Many want to change

Although the economic situation is slowly improving and the labor market is still tense, this has only a minor impact on the willingness of German workers to change.

This is shown by the results of the current study “Application Practice 2010”, for which the Center of Human Resources Information Systems (CHRIS) of the Universities of Bamberg and Frankfurt am Main in cooperation with the Online-Career portal Monster surveyed more than 9.000 participants.

More than half of those surveyed intend to look around for a new employer in the near future, and around a quarter of those surveyed are actually planning to end their current employment contract in the near future Future to cancel.
