In an interview, Sylke Sergel, Head of Corporate Human Resources at EOS, explains how Employees become brand ambassadors and how Companies in digitization IT-Attract talent.
Sylke Sergel, born 1974 in Oberhausen, studied business administration and started her career in human resources. She worked in the construction industry, among others, in the automotive sector where she was active as well as strategically in all HR departments. The colleagues really liked it and for us that means: we managed to authentically show what working at EOS is like using the friendly gamification approach.
EOS is in the midst of change – both digitally and culturally. On the one hand invest we invested 90 million euros in the development of new software for our core business, which includes artificial Intelligence plays a crucial role. It is particularly important to us that our colleagues don't get stories put into their mouths, but rather describe their experiences at EOS as they experience them personally.
We also want to use the campaign to convey values that EOS stands for. And that is only credible if you let employees speak freely - authentically and transparently. In this sense, we see our colleagues as brand ambassadors who face and represent the company Character give.
This is definitely an issue at EOS, as we have already been able to attract many new colleagues through recommendations from our employees. We currently have a classic “recruit employees” program, but we want to further expand this approach.
