CHRIS currently have at the University Bamberg and Monster are back with their annual study on the Recruiting-Trending out. There were a few surprises this year. My assessment and 5 X 3 trends at a glance.
Commendable that the study series of the Center of Human Resources Information Systems (CHRIS) of the University of Bamberg in cooperation with the career portal Monster this year the topic "Women in IT” has dedicated its own topic special.
The reason for this, however, is not so good: the proportion of women applicants for IT professions is less than 20%. The study also gives reasons for this, e.g. that IT is responsible for Women just isn't sexy enough.
Personally, I think that's too short-sighted, for me the reasons lie primarily in a corporate culture that is heavily dominated by men - more needs to be done than a few girls days to meet women sustained to inspire.
Elsewhere, too, the study is way too much for me optimistic: Only 3,8% of Recruiter have Anxiety, in the course of automation to their job verlieren. Why Germany's HR yourself like that for sure feel The study does not reveal this, by the way. 5 X 3 trends at a glance:

I would simply advise everyone: go self-employed, do your own thing. I gave up my independence twice and could bite my a ... for it.
At least as far as the topic of the future application or job search of the future is concerned, one can agree with the article. It has to be made easier for applicants in all respects, eg via the aforementioned 1-Click application, or via generalized job platforms, where all jobs are found, not just those of the respective providers.
Thanks for your comment, that's exactly what I see.
