The IBE study shows that mixed teams respond more quickly to changing requirements (64%) and solve complex problems better (62%). For example, project managers from mixed teams to 72 percent are convinced of the efficiency of mixed teams.

Are there any points of friction when there is simply someone from the outside?

According to the IBE study, integration and loyalty problems of external team members hardly played a role. The employees benefit from the specialist knowledge of the freelancers and vice versa the company know-how of the employees helps the freelancers. That depends for sure together with experience...

So a chance for older and experienced professionals?
