The rooms: Between design and comfort

Technology and equipment

culinary delights

The food of chef Paul Schrott (43) in the restaurant Schlossstern is indeed a culinary highlight that combines Austrian and Italian cuisine. At the Gourmetrestaurant Schubeck's am Platzl in Munich, he previously returned the Michelin star within five months as a chef.

The specialties of the South Tyrolean are, among other things, beef fillet stuffed with hay or langoustine with alba caviar, carfiol and saffron. The ingredients are all fresh and high quality, which is also noticeable at breakfast. The only downside: there is almost only white bread.

The spa is the best spa I have seen so far: a highlight of the outdoor hay sauna with panoramic views of Lake Wörth (of course only inside), as well as the biosauna. There is an approximately 22 degree warm indoor pool as well as an 30 degree warm outdoor pool.
