In order to get to the bottom of the differences and similarities between Generations X, Y and Z, Universum worked with the INSEAD Emerging Markets Institute, The HEAD Foundation and MIT Leadership Center cooperates.

In 19 countries, 18.337 students, students and professionals participated in a survey. They also provided information about the concerns they have about their professional future.
