And best of HR - Berufebilder.de® was an exhibitor at the Sticks and Stones in Berlin together with SoS-Events. In addition to big companies like Bayer, Microsoft or IKEA, there were small miracles.

After the construction on Thursday evening, it started on Friday morning at 10 clock with the fair. There were many well-known companies, such as Bayer, Deutsche Post, Microsoft, Daimler and IKEA, as well as several consulting firms such as McKinsey, EY, Roland Berger, PWC, Bain and company, Accenture and BCG.

But smaller Berlin startups were also represented, such as DaWanda or Babbel. With SoS Events we had a stand between Formaxx and Bayer and were able to do some with an Indo-Board awareness pull on us.

How to attract attention at a trade fair?

We were also able to make good and interesting contacts with other companies on Friday HR to get to know. The representatives of our stand neighbors also tested the Indo-Board and overall there was a relaxed atmosphere.

The Audience was mixed up. Openly gay and transgender, straight, chic and rocky, students with dogs, Boy Pupils to university graduates and employees looking for new challenges. Less frequently, students also got lost in Business-Outfit to the fair.

The companies also presented themselves in a relaxed and open manner. The business outfit was more common here, but it also dominated here Company-Representative in jeans and t-shirt. The word diversity came up everywhere and many companies picked up the colors of the rainbow in their flyers, the stand design or their clothing.

Accenture was accompanied by a pair of cardboard flamingos, a panda costume was ready, and several booths attacked the unicorns of the organizers and marked their stands with unicorn balloons. Ice, beer and popcorn were distributed and a bike raffled.

Relaxed atmosphere

While the exhibition hall was relatively simple, the industrial charm of the old postal station unfolded below.

In the inner courtyard there were cool drinks and a grill station in a relaxed atmosphere and adjacent to it in other semi-open spaces lectures took place. The location fit in any case very well to the fair and it was overall a successful event.

The idea behind it
