The associate program of the stiftung new responsibility is a 10-month research and Leadership-Program for Boy Executives. You can now apply until August 12th. We would like to draw your attention to the call for tenders for our new research projects I aufmerksam which we will carry out in our house from November 2012 to August 2013.

For the processing of the research projects, we are currently putting together practice-related research groups from young experts who, as “associates”, deal with the project topic in an interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral work process. As a participant in the associate or fellow program of the foundation for new responsibility, you know our program particularly well. We would be delighted if you could support our work by nominating one or more suitable people.

The schedule

The New Responsibility Foundation's Associate Program is an exclusive 10-month research and leadership program. It is aimed at young executives (usually up to 37) from science, business, politics / administration and society who have a high level of expertise on the topic as well as the Motivation bring with them to enrich the future debate in Germany beyond conventional patterns of thought and argumentation. As a member of the research group, all associates receive the professional support of a modern think tank through an attractive portfolio of resources, services and selected leadership training. The associateship can be exercised on a part-time basis.

The time required for on-site appointments in Berlin amounts to a total of 5 sessions of approx. 2 days each and a one-day closing event. Between sessions, the research teams work using a project-specific Online-Platform and conference calls. Experience has shown that the average weekly time commitment is a maximum of 3-5 hours. We also offer associates optional, exclusive leadership training programs free of charge. A personalized one Curriculum Vitae can be put together individually.

The way the associate program works is characterized by the close integration of science, business, politics/administration and society. The associate program is in its form in Germany unique and looks for unique applicants. We would be happy to involve young experts from your area in our research projects. Please forward the program information in the appendix to interested persons. You also have the option of rejecting the application of one or more suitable candidates Candidates to provide targeted support using the attached nomination form. It is particularly important in the associateselection meanwhile a high level of thematic expertise.
